WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Managing your own caseload of properties to a high standard
• Liaising with, looking after, and constantly updating our clients, beneficiaries and business partners with the progress of each transaction
• Chasing estate agents and mortgage offers, checking chains and encouraging buyers and clients to do what they need to do to progress
• Troubleshooting and customer care, ensuring transactions are as smooth as possible

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous work experience in either the property industry, sales, or customer service
• Engaging personality, customer focused, keen to build relationships, confident and enthusiastic
• Problem solving, quick thinking, thrives in a busy environment
• Commitment and ambition to succeed; keen to progress and develop
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to operate independently, be a team player and support colleagues; bonus linked to team success
