An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and highly respected independent estate agency in North London as a Sales Manager. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator, Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Manager looking to lead a successful office, drive business growth and maximise their earning potential within an established independent agency.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you'll take responsibility for driving branch performance, winning new instructions, leading your team and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading, motivating and developing a successful sales team
• Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
• Generating new business through prospecting, canvassing and referrals
• Driving branch profitability and achieving sales targets
• Negotiating offers and supporting sales progression
• Building long-term relationships with vendors, buyers and local businesses
• Coaching and mentoring negotiators to maximise performance
• Monitoring KPIs and ensuring branch objectives are achieved
• Keeping up to date with local market trends and competitor activity
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey

About You

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager or Senior Sales Negotiator
• Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Commercially driven with excellent negotiation abilities
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Target driven with a positive, proactive attitude
• Full UK Driving Licence essential
