Property Repairs & Tenancy Coordinator

Mears Group is recruiting an experienced In Tenancy Co-ordinator based in Basingstoke. You will handle calls from customers, landlords and agents on tenancy-related repairs and issues, coordinating with contractors and letting agents to maintain smooth tenancy operations.

The role demands excellent organisation, resilience, and negotiation skills. You will manage maintenance follow-ups, access requests, and tenant communications while meeting client targets and upholding data privacy and safety
