Property Repairs & Maintenance Operative

Mears Group in Newcastle upon Tyne is recruiting a General Operative to deliver repairs, planned maintenance and refurbishment work to housing properties, on occupied and void homes. You will work across Newcastle, Sunderland and Gateshead, adhering to health and safety standards and delivering quality workmanship.

The role requires a customer facing approach, reliable teamwork and the ability to record work details on a handheld device, while managing time and budgets to meet targets.
