Property Refurbishment Coordinator - Lead Renovations & Sign-Off

Creative Support is seeking a Property Refurbishment Co-ordinator to join the Stockport-based Property Services Team. The role requires inspecting properties, devising schedules of works and co-ordinating property-related projects across the nationwide portfolio.

You will attend properties post works to sign off on quality, travel as needed, hold a full driving licence, and have training opportunities including a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
