Stockport, Greater Manchester; Full time

Creative Support owns and manages a portfolio of supported accommodation across the country. The Property Refurbishment Co ordinator will contribute to the effective maintenance of company property assets and co ordinate a variety of property related works, including urgent repair works, reconfiguration works and refurbishment projects. They will attend properties post work to sign off on quality and work closely with the Stockport office based Property Services Team, senior staff at Creative Support services across the country, building consultants, external contractors and the in house maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties and devise schedules of works.
• Co ordinate property works, including urgent repair, reconfiguration and refurbishment projects.
• Attend post works to sign off on quality.
• Follow up on inspection findings via email and/or letter.
• Maintain relationships with senior staff, building consultants, contractors and in house maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Experience inspecting properties and coordinating property works.
• Confidence in following up post inspection via email or letter.
