Property Manager (HMO/social housing knowledge, £35k, Investment Management, Croydon)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager role at an Investment Management company based in London. This asset management firm focuses on providing tailored investment opportunities for high net worth clients worldwide who are interested in investing and relocating to the United Kingdom.

As a Property Manager, you will be in charge of managing HMO tenancies, overseeing maintenance, conducting property inspections, and managing safety certificate requirements, among other responsibilities.

• Manage HMO tenancies
• Oversee maintenance and property inspections
• Handle safety certificate management

• Minimum of 5 years residential property management experience, with HMO/social housing experience required
• Detail oriented and self starter
• Excellent interpersonal and bargaining skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office programs
• Valid driver's licence
