Property Manager: Field Visits, Guest Support & On-Call

The Travel Chapter Ltd in Rock is seeking a Property Manager to oversee guest-ready properties and coordinate with homeowners, cleaners and tradespeople. The role blends office coordination with field work, typically 2-3 days weekly performing property checks and supporting guests across the region.

You'll ensure standards of cleaning and maintenance, manage schedules, handle guest queries, and keep precise records. Out-of-hours rota is part of the duties, with overtime paid where applicable.
