An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join our trusted, well established and forward thinking company. As the ideal candidate you will be confident and flexible in your approach, able to work under your own initiative whilst ensuring you're working within the parameters of our company values and ethos. You will need to be efficient and highly organised with good, demonstrable grammatical skills.

- Ensure that property maintenance issues are resolved in a timely & cost effective manner (including CP12's etc)
- Ensure MLIT's are up to date for vacant properties
- Answer all incoming communications (internal and external)
- Deal with customer enquiries effectively
- Ensure focus on own development
- Resolve complaints within own authority level
- Escalate queries outside of own authority level
- Maintain compliance with industry and internal regulations
- Attention to all H&S issues, including hazard and accident reporting
- Ensure compliance with HMO's and Selective Licenses
- Understand and report any issues with FRA's
- Provide effective solutions to clients (Landlords and Tenants)
- Maintain positive business relationships with Contractors
- Release keys and monitor whereabouts as necessary
- Understand the eviction process and notices required to be given to Tenants
- Monitor accuracy of invoices and quotes
- Process contractor quotations as necessary
- Diagnose Maintenance issues as required through internal systems
- Conduct property inventories and final inspections
- Understand and report any issues with FFHH and HHSRS

Monday - Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm, one in three Saturdays 9am - 12pm.
