Job Description
Property Manager Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 DOE + Bonus Location: Brighton Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:45 AM-5:30 PM & Saturdays: 10:00 AM-4:00 PM (1 in 3, with a day off in lieu during the week) Requirements: Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential - trader's permit provided

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising landlords and tenants on the lettings process.
  • Arranging and conducting viewings with prospective tenants.
  • Selecting reliable and responsible tenants.
  • Preparing tenancy agreements and coordinating inventories/check-outs.
  • Overseeing referencing and compliance procedures.
  • Marketing rental properties and ensuring legal requirements are met.
  • Conducting mid-term property inspections.
  • Managing deposit return processes and liaising with all parties at tenancy end.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with landlords.
  • Advising on current market rental values.
  • Coordinating property maintenance and contractor schedules.
  • Working collaboratively with contractors, cleaners, inventory clerks, and suppliers.
  • Staying up to date with changes in lettings legislation.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in property management or lettings administration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident using CRM systems and general IT platforms.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport.
