• £27,200 to £34,700 OTE (base £20,000 to £27,500 + £7,200 commission)

What You'll Be Doing

• Booking and conducting property inspections
• Negotiating tenancy extensions/renewals
• Co ordinating with contractors for maintenance/repair
• Managing deposit returns
• Resolving rental arrears
• Processing eviction requests
• Ensuring properties meet regulatory health and safety standards
• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
• Managing complaints
• Completing check in/out procedures, including inventory reports

Training

Enjoy several days of mandatory training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, delivered through industry leading one to one and group sessions.

Skills & Abilities

• Minimum 1+ years' experience in a Property Manager role
• Outstanding customer service
• Good telephone manner
• IT skills

Driving Requirements

• Valid Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car (automatic licences not accepted)
