Property management isn't just about inspections, maintenance requests and compliance certificates.

It's about people.

One minute you're helping a landlord protect their investment, the next you're helping a tenant resolve an issue that's genuinely important to them. No two days are ever quite the same.

We're looking for an experienced Property Manager who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and taking ownership of a residential property portfolio.

You'll be trusted to manage your own portfolio, look after both landlords and tenants, coordinate maintenance, carry out property visits and make sure everything remains compliant and running smoothly.

This isn't a role for someone who likes sitting behind a desk all day.

You'll be out visiting properties, meeting people and making things happen.

What you'll be doing

• Managing a residential property portfolio
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
• Conducting routine property inspections and visits
• Managing tenancy-related queries and issues
• Ensuring all compliance requirements are up to date
• Liaising with contractors and monitoring completed works
• Keeping accurate records and property documentation
• Delivering an excellent customer experience at every stage

What we're looking for

• Previous Property Management or Residential Lettings experience
• Strong understanding of property legislation and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised, proactive and able to prioritise effectively
• Comfortable handling challenging situations professionally
• Full UK Driving Licence
