Location: Loughton Basic salary: £27,000 Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm No driving required Minimum 1 year of experience.

Our client is currently searching for a focused and driven property manager to join their multi award winning independent estate agency with offices covering Loughton and surrounding area. The ideal candidate will be proactive, a strategic thinker, and able to work independently and confidently.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with tenants and landlords
• Chasing outstanding works
• Organising gas/electrical safety certificates / EPCs
• Organising contractor appointments
• Arranging tenancy extensions / renewals
• Visiting properties and carrying out inspections
• Reletting properties
• Arranging inventory / check in
• Organising check out / deposit return / dilapidations
• Deposit dispute administration
• Managing arrears
• Maintenance/repair management
• Organising contractor appointments

Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Very good attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to deliver the highest standard of customer service
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to manage a busy schedule
