Property Manager

Due to an internal move I have a rare opportunity to work for a genuinely lovely, long standing multi branch independent estate agent in the Solihull area.

My clients are looking for an experienced Property Manager who has excellent legislative knowledge, excels in compliance, maintenance and organisation.

You will be joining a well known local name who provides a lovely environment and friendly/supplementary support team to work alongside. The team here is longstanding and roles within the organization do not come along often, it's one worth grabbing!

Property Manager/ Block Manager - Benefits

• Basic salary of up to £30,000

Property Manager - Duties

• Supporting the portfolio with maintaining compliance
• Ensuring scheduled certification renewals for EICR's, gas safety and EPC certifications
• Dealing with deposit disputes.
• Organising tenancy paperwork.
• Getting involved in serving section notices as required
• Managing maintenance across the portfolio
• Arranging and managing property visits, inventories and check ins/outs and dealing with the incoming reports for works required

Property Manager - Experience Needed

• Previous property management experience is essential
• Ideally you will be ARLA qualified
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages
