The Property Manager role is a great place to learn and grow in Residential Lettings. Initially you will spend time learning new systems and gaining an understanding of the Lettings Industry and the regulations that landlords and agents must comply with. Over time your role and responsibilities will expand in line with your personal development plan and on the job training, ensuring you have the knowledge, skills, and experience to meet the expected performance as a fully trained Property Manager. You will manage your own portfolio of properties, contributing to the success of your team and office.

Role

• Manage the tenancies for all properties in your portfolio.
• Communicate effectively with both landlords and tenants.
• Take ownership of all issues and queries to achieve a successful outcome for all parties involved.
• Provide support to a busy, fast paced team.

Package

• Basic Salary: £26,000 - £28,000, depending on experience
• Location: Ramsgate
• Work Pattern: 5 days a week (Monday - Friday)

Experience and Qualifications Required

• Maths and English grade C or above (GCSE)
• Ideally holding a full driver's licence and access to a car
