As a Foxtons Property Manager based in Worcester, you'll be the dedicated point of contact for both landlords and tenants, managing a portfolio of residential properties with professionalism and confidence. You'll work closely with our local offices and specialist teams to support landlords across the Worcester area and beyond. From coordinating maintenance and resolving issues to advising on legal and financial matters, your expertise will be key to protecting landlord investments and supporting tenants throughout their tenancy.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants.
• Manage a portfolio of residential properties.
• Coordinate maintenance and resolve issues.
• Advise on legal and financial matters regarding property management.
• Support landlords across the Worcester area and beyond.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Problem solving ability.
• Effective communication skills across a wide range of people and platforms.
• Previous customer service experience is desirable, but not essential.
• No prior property management experience required; full training will be provided.
