John Shepherd is part of Lomond, the UK's leading network of lettings and estate agencies, with 10 offices and over 100 staff ready to assist customers.

Role Overview

Full time, permanent position in Cannock. Standard workweek Monday to Friday 08 30. On target earnings varying up to £30kper annum.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 250 Properties Under Management (PUM).
• Understand and upsell John Shepherd Lettings & Property Management services including ancillary and peripheral products.
• Manage Mid Term Inspection follow ups, quality and trade discount earnings.
• Weekly arrears management including rent & legal protection submission claims and management.
• Inspection reports for portfolio, including management of quality of content.
