A respected independent property business operating across Kent is seeking a confident and organised Property Manager to support the management of a substantial residential lettings portfolio.

This role requires strong communication skills, a calm approach to problem solving, and solid understanding of property management processes.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Handle queries maintenance, notices and property management processes.
• Prioritise workload and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional communication.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and procedures.

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience)

• Previous residential property management experience (essential).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confident telephone manner with a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the local area (advantageous).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Self-motivated and professional approach.
