Experienced Property Manager required to help oversee a substantial residential portfolio, delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while ensuring compliance, organisation, and efficient day-to-day property management operations.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a respected professional property company covering the South Coast, based in their Bognor Regis office.

The successful candidate will have solid residential property management experience, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to confidently resolve challenges. You will manage a substantial portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and consistently high levels of service to landlords and tenants.

Maintaining professional standards and strong client relationships will be central to your role.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Coordinating maintenance and repair works
• Liaising with contractors and arranging property visits
• Ensuring all properties comply with current legislation and safety regulations
• Handling tenancy renewals, deposit matters, and end-of-tenancy processes
• Resolving issues efficiently and professionally
• Maintaining accurate property and tenancy records
• Delivering high levels of customer service at all times

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in Residential Property Management
• High level of customer service skills
• The ability to remain calm and considered
• Superb organisational skills
• Be able to prioritise workload
• A confident team player
• Positive, professional and customer focused with an ability to build relationships
• Willing to keep up to date with training and relevant legislation
• Have a full UK driving licence
