Property Manager

• Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday-Friday 9-5pm and early finish on a Friday

A dynamic, newly established estate agency in the heart of Hove is looking for a confident and experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a growing portfolio.

As Property Manager, you'll be the go-to person for both landlords and tenants-keeping everything running smoothly, building strong relationships, and delivering a standout level of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties
• Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs from start to finish
• Liaise with contractors and negotiate competitive pricing
• Carry out property inspections and visits
• Manage deposit returns and resolve disputes
• Ensure full compliance with current lettings legislation
• Oversee renewals and tenancy agreements
• Keep records and CRM systems accurate and up to date

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in Property Management
• Solid understanding of current legislation
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to juggle a busy workload and prioritise effectively
• Proactive, professional, and solutions-driven mindset
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (preferred)
