Excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join a professional organisation in Leeds City Centre. To be considered for this role you must be comfortable managing conflict whilst always seeking a positive outcome.

Role

Deliver effective property inspections. Liaising with landlords, tenants and third parties to establish maintenance needs and manage delivery of these with a range of specialist contractors.
Effectively progress reactive and scheduled maintenance, consult with all relevant stakeholders to ensure effective communication between parties is achieved to deliver the right solution.
Demonstrate excellent client management skills to all parts of the maintenance discipline and liaise effectively both internally and externally.
Deliver maintenance expertise to landlords and tenants at all parts of the property life cycle.
Effectively progress all dilapidation claims at end of tenancy arrangements.
Remain up to date on property legislation / regulation to provide accurate advice.

Experience

Excellent communication skills to ensure development of strong working relationships.
Dispute resolution and client management skills are essential.
Maintenance and FixFlo experience preferred.
IT literacy with MS Teams, Office and Social Media capability.
