Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Property Manager to join a growing team in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a varied portfolio, working closely with clients, occupiers, and suppliers to deliver exceptional service and ensure best practice in residential property management.

Key Responsibilities Occupier & Tenancy Management
  • Act as the first point of contact for occupiers, handling day-to-day queries promptly and professionally.
  • Manage tenancy lifecycles including referencing, AST renewals, and deposit registrations/returns.
  • Liaise with letting agents to support smooth lettings processes.
Property Maintenance & Compliance
  • Organise repairs, maintenance, and servicing as required.
  • Oversee health & safety compliance including EICRs, EPCs, PAT testing, and other statutory checks.
  • Work with third-party suppliers to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored, strategic advice.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of local and national market conditions.
  • Review and report on outputs to ensure accuracy, relevance, and areas for improvement.
Team Contribution
  • Mentor and support junior members of the team, encouraging best practice.
  • Promote the company's values, actively engaging in business initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across all functions.
Financial Oversight
  • Manage billing and cash collection processes.
  • Support the accurate reporting of budgets and forecasts for client portfolios.
About You
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in residential property management.
  • Ideally ARLA qualified (or working towards).
  • Strong financial management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • A confident, professional, and personable manner with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
