Job Description

Our clients are a rapidly expanding property lettings company, specialising in the flat share market, a leader in their field of expertise with an incredibly large portfolio.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Saturday rota: 1 Saturday in rotation with other Property Managers

1 day off on your birthday and 1 wellness day off per year.

Key Duties & Responsibilities / Applicant Attributes:
  1. Experience in client/tenant relationship management.
  2. Liaising with Landlord, tenant, registered contractors over maintenance issues, ensuring all parties are regularly briefed.
  3. Managing the booking of and monitoring the quality of contractors' work across the portfolio.
  4. Monitoring the transfer of utilities at the start of a tenancy and arranging payment of outgoings, including but not limited to utility bills, service charge, and invoices.
  5. Managing compliance to ensure it is completed within the required timeframe, including HMO Licenses, Gas Safety Checks, EPC's, and EICR's.
  6. Conducting property inspections to ensure maintenance issues are picked up and the property is compliant with the license.
  7. Liaising with Building Management companies over communal issues.
  8. Working with a team and independently to ensure the quality of service provided to tenants.
  9. Ideally ARLA Qualified.
Our Clients Require:
  1. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  2. Experience in undertaking inspections (Desired).
  3. Knowledge of HMO regulations (i.e. Health and Safety and housing law) (Desired).
  4. Candidates with background as a Housing Officer or having worked for the council (Desired).
