Job Description
Harte Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of about 150 residential and HMO properties in Hull and Beverley. You will conduct inspections, manage tenancies, handle rent reviews, and ensure compliance with renewals and licences.
Working in a busy, established team, you'll keep landlords happy, build trust, and coordinate with a VA for maintenance coordination while maintaining high standards of service. Driver's license required.
