About the Role

We are an established Independent Residential Multi-Disciplined Residential Agency based in Leamington Spa, looking for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our busy and friendly Lettings Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Dealing with maintenance and repairs from initial report through to completion
• Liaising with contractors and arranging necessary works
• Carrying out property inspections
• Managing tenancy renewals, notices and check-out procedures
• Dealing with deposits and end-of-tenancy matters
• Ensuring properties and tenancies remain compliant with current legislation
• Monitoring safety certificates and other statutory requirements
• Responding to landlord and tenant queries promptly and professionallyli>
• Maintaining accurate property and tenancy records
• Working closely with the lettings and accounts teams

About You

We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager who is organised, proactive and able to work effectively in a busy environment.

You should have

• Previous experience in residential property management
• A good understanding of UK residential lettings and compliance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
• A confident and professional approach when dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• A full, clean UK driving licence
• Your own car

ARLA Propertymark qualification would be an advantage but is not essential and training and support will be provided for you to obtain this qualification.
