Positiv Cohort is seeking a confident, highly organised Property Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of shared accommodation in the Chichester area. The role is initially part-time with the potential to grow, offering flexibility and autonomy while maintaining high standards of safety and resident experience.

You will manage day-to-day operations, liaise with residents, contractors and partner organisations, and ensure properties stay well maintained and compliant.
