Property Maintenance Technician - Multi-Trade Pro (Vehicle)

O'Neill & Brennan is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician for site-based work in Dublin and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will perform maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring properties are well-maintained to support tenant satisfaction and safety compliance. This role requires a hands-on approach with responsibilities including responding to maintenance requests and collaborating with the Maintenance Coordinator.

A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role is required, along with strong practical skills, preferably with a carpentry background. A full, clean driving license is necessary.
