Property Maintenance Person

Position Summary

Stagecoach East is looking for a Property Maintenance Person based at our Cambridge Depot, supporting depots across East including Bedford, Head Office, Cambridge, Fenstanton and Peterborough. Full time, 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Salary: £16.55 per hour plus enhanced overtime rates. Vehicle and fuel card provided. 30 days holiday including public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

1. Carry out small maintenance and DIY repairs, including heating and plumbing.
2. Maintain and decorate buildings, including offices and work spaces.
3. Carry out repairs to plant and equipment.
4. Carry out scheduled PAT testing.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Full UK driving licence.
• Demonstrated knowledge and ability to carry out DIY repairs.
• Relevant qualification preferred, with working knowledge of electrical/plumbing systems and equipment.
• Minimum 2 years of building service maintenance experience.
