Property Maintenance Operative - Independent Repairs & Inspections

Mears Group in Belfast is seeking a General Operative to join our Repairs and Maintenance team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role is mainly lone working across occupied and void properties, with a 42.5 hour work week from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

You will carry out property inspections and a wide range of maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs, fitting blinds, applying silicone, securing doors and checking smoke alarms using a structured checklist to meet required
