Property Maintenance Lead - Lincs North West

Kisimul Group Ltd. is seeking a Property Maintenance Supervisor for the Lincs North West region, based from Breagha House, Hayton. The role entails supporting the Group Property Manager to deliver a proactive maintenance service across residential care homes, schools and associated properties.

You will organise workloads, supervise operatives and contractors, ensure health and safety compliance, and communicate with care home managers to schedule works and manage resources effectively.
