Property Maintenance General Operative (Lone-Working)

Mears Group is seeking a General Operative in Belfast to join our Repairs and Maintenance team. The role is primarily lone working in occupied and void properties, performing hands-on maintenance and inspections to keep properties in excellent condition.

You will conduct a range of repairs, ensure smoke alarm checks are completed, and follow a checklist to meet required standards. A practical, customer-focused approach and the ability to work independently are essential.
