JOB TITLE: Property Litigation Lawyer
PQE: 6+
LOCATION: Norwich
SALARY: Circa £70k plus (DOE)
THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a leading national law firm and deal with a full and varied caseload of real estate disputes. Working closely with the partners and senior colleagues, you will be dealing with a variety of matters relating to property litigation with a particular focus on commercial leasehold and freehold disputes together with some exposure to residential and agricultural disputes. The work will include dealing with forfeiture work, lease renewals, rent reviews, restrictive covenants, rights of way, option disputes and adverse possession. In addition to conducting your own caseload you will also be required to depending on level of experience supervise junior lawyers as well as support on larger matters.
THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal Property Litigation Solicitor will have had at least 6 years of post-qualification experience gained working in a strong, property litigation department within a leading City or national practice. You should have a solid understanding of property law and have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, as well as being passionate about continuing to develop your career in this area of law. If you are innovative and driven with a passion to develop a successful career within this area of law, then this could be the role you have been searching for. Ideally you will have experience of tribunal and court work.
