This is an opportunity to join a practice known for its commercial, solution-driven approach to property disputes, acting for a broad client base including landlords, tenants, developers, investors and private individuals. The team is particularly known for its strategic and cost-effective approach to dispute resolution, with a strong focus on resolving matters through negotiation or mediation where possible, while also offering robust litigation expertise when proceedings are required.

The Role

You will:

  • Manage your own caseload of property litigation matters
  • Support partners on complex, high-value disputes
  • Advise clients from early-stage risk management through to litigation
  • Play a key role in delivering clear, commercially focused advice
The Candidate

You will be:

  • A qualified solicitor with 3-4 years' PQE in property litigation
  • Technically strong with experience across a broad range of disputes
  • Commercially aware, with a pragmatic and solutions-focused mindset
  • Confident dealing directly with clients
The Firm
