The Opportunity

Step into a specialist property litigation team where you'll handle a sharp mix of commercial real estate disputes-think lease battles, development fallouts, complex rights issues, and strategic enforcement matters.

What You'll Be Doing

• Running your own varied contentious property caseload
• Jumping into heavyweight disputes alongside senior lawyers
• Drafting, negotiating, and managing matters through to hearings and mediations
• Getting exposure to development disputes, landlord/tenant issues, boundaries, covenants, and possession work
• Playing a real role in client relationships, BD activity, and team growth

What We're Looking For

A sharp, commercially minded solicitor (approx. 2-5 PQE) with solid property litigation experience. You'll need confidence, attention to detail, and the drive to move your career up a notch within a high-performing team.
