PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR - BIRMINGHAM

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a growing and well-regarded Property Litigation team based in Birmingham City Centre.

The team advises a broad client base ranging from individual homeowners to large-scale commercial developers and landowners. With a strong reputation across the Midlands and continued expansion plans, this role offers the chance to contribute at a senior level and progress towards future leadership within the firm.

This is a mid to senior-level position within a collaborative and inclusive environment that places genuine emphasis on career development, flexibility, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters with a strong track record of successful outcomes.
  • Deliver tailored, pragmatic, and commercially focused advice to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Supervise and support junior fee earners, contributing to their development.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills with close attention to detail.
  • Manage matters efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of service.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the firm.
  • Contribute to the ongoing growth and reputation of the Property Litigation department.
The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors with 5-7 years' PQE in Property Litigation, with a proven track record in contentious property matters.

  • Strong commercial acumen and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience supervising junior fee earners and managing client relationships.
  • Ambition and drive to take on responsibility and progress within the role.
  • A collaborative and approachable manner, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Strong IT skills.
Working Arrangements

While the firm ideally seeks a full-time commitment (35 hours per week), applications from candidates interested in part-time or flexible working arrangements are welcomed.

Salary is competitive and dependent on experience.
