Responsibilities

• A new opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded Property Litigation Solicitor to join a growing and dynamic Dispute Resolution department.
• Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with between 1-2 Years PQE
• You will be responsible for managing a varied property litigation caseload from start to finish
• You will handle a diverse caseload of commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, adverse possession claims, boundary disputes, Party Wall Act disputes and restrictive covenants
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• Actively participate in business development and networking events to enhance your personal profile and the firm's presence
