The role will entail advising in relation to all aspects of contentious property law relating to the Company's properties.Property Litigation Solicitor duties will include: Landlord and tenant disputes;.Nuisance claims (both common law and statutory claims); Title issues including acquiring land by adverse possession, boundary disputes, disputes concerning easements, covenants and other third party rights; Issues associated with the company's ancillary estate Dealing with tenancy insolvency and its effect on the company where it is landlord; Managing and co-ordinating external counsel; Co-coordinating property damage claims caused to the Company's premises by third parties.This role reports directly into the General Counsel and they are open to PQE level.
