Property Litigation Solicitor - Leasehold & Building Safety

Brethertons LLP is seeking a Solicitor to join its Property Litigation team, focusing on Residential Leasehold disputes. You will handle a varied caseload, advise on Building Safety Act matters, and represent clients in tribunals and courts.

The role requires strong litigation background, excellent communication, and a proactive, collaborative approach. You will supervise and support Paralegals and Trainees while contributing to business development and client relationships.
