Job Description

• Handling commercial lease renewals, possession claims, and service charge disputes
• Advising on building safety, boundary issues, and telecoms matters
• Supporting the commercial real estate team
• Drafting legal documents and representing clients in court or tribunals
• Managing your own caseload and contributing to business development

The Successful Applicant

• UK-qualified solicitor with relevant experience or a strong interest in property litigation
• Strong academic background (ideally 2:1 or above)
• Motivated, commercially aware, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Keen to develop professionally and contribute to the team's growth
