Established Property Firm (Residential Sales, Lettings & Management)

Essentials

PSRA Licence, full clean driving licence, own car, 2-5 years' residential lettings/property management experience

Salary

€35,000 - €40,000 (DOE)

Commission structure on new business, pension, mileage allowance, flexible working options

Responsibilities

Portfolio Management: Oversee a residential tenancy portfolio, liaising directly with landlords and tenants to deliver a professional and compliant service.
Lettings & Tenancy Oversight: Manage all aspects of the letting process including advertising, viewings, lease signings, rent reviews, and renewals.
Property Inspections & Maintenance: Carry out regular inspections, manage tenant issues, and coordinate property repairs and maintenance with approved contractors.
Business Development & Growth: Actively seek opportunities to grow the managed portfolio by identifying new landlords, leveraging local market presence, and delivering a service that encourages client referrals and long-term relationships.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all tenancies comply with current legislation, maintaining accurate records and delivering service in line with PSRA regulations.
