Property Lawyer

Property Lawyer needed in Cambourne, £30.50ph (negotiable) PAYE - Reference:

1. Provide practical, clear, accurate, and comprehensive legal advice to Councillors and officers, including the Chief Executive, Directors, Heads of Service, and senior managers of the Partnership.
2. Draft legal documents, including complex documents requiring original thought.
3. Offer practical, clear, and accurate legal advice to councillors during meetings, including committee meetings with public and press attendance.
4. Act as the lead legal adviser on project teams.
5. Lead responses to complex complaints involving legal points and procedures.

This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
