Property Inventory Clerk - Brighton & Hove

Charters, part of Lomond, is seeking a detail-focused Inventory Clerk to join our lettings team in the Brighton and Hove area. You will conduct property inventory, check-in and check-out inspections, and produce objective reports with photographic evidence.

You will travel across a portfolio of residential properties, maintaining accurate records and delivering professional service to tenants and landlords. A full UK driving licence is essential and strong attention to detail is required.
