Role Description

This role for a Property Inspector / Inventory Clerk is located in/around York.

You are your OWN BOSS, being self employed and managing your own calendar, paid per job on a weekly basis.

The Property Inspector / Inventory Clerk will be responsible for conducting property inspections, creating inventories and schedule of condition reports, performing mid-term inspections, and generating check-in and check-out reports. Additional tasks include fire risk assessments and other related duties tailored to ensure compliance and accuracy in property management.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and MUST have own transport.
• Proficiency with digital tools and technology
• Prior experience in property management is a plus
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
