THE ROLE

For a Property Development Lawyer 4 +, looking for an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and hard working Development & House Building Team.

ABOUT YOU

You will be assisting fee earners on transactional matters and work collaboratively with the team on a variety of development-related transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting fee earners with drafting option agreements, deeds, and contracts.
Undertaking due diligence and preparing reports.
Assisting with acquisitions and disposals of development land, plot sales, planning, and construction matters.
Supporting secured acquisition and development finance transactions.
Learning about and contributing to processes and documents for plot sales.

Requirements

Some experience of development transactions is preferred. Alternatively, good quality experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing or plot sales will be considered.
Flexible working is available; with attendance at the office (at least twice a week).
