Job Description
ULNYP is seeking an Assessor/Register of Deeds support staff member to perform property inspections, take measurements and collect data on sales, new construction and permits for valuation updates.
You will work both indoors and outdoors, maintain property records, review blueprints, and communicate with developers, contractors and owners. A high school diploma, 2 years real estate experience, MS Office proficiency and a valid driver's license are required.
