Property Assets Lead - Regeneration & Revenue

Role Overview

Property Assets Manager (Ref: 160947) - 37 hours per week. Salary: £46,142 p.a. pro rata plus benefits. This role is part of the Corporate Landlord Function, focused on maximizing the value of council land and property assets to meet residents' needs, generate commercial returns, and support regeneration projects.

Responsibilities

You will manage your own portfolio and be accountable for providing professional expertise in all aspects of estate management. Your duties include reviewing assets within the portfolio, identifying, delivering, and monitoring strategies to maximise their contribution to the Council's three missions of a Fairer, Better and Greener Swindon. You should be comfortable working in a matrix environment, pragmatic, innovative, possess strong commercial acumen, and be adept at solving problems and unlocking revenue generating opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in the English language (required for Part 7 of the Immigration Act for effective performance in a customer facing role).
