Property & Planning Senior Solicitor - Local Gov

Luton Borough Council is seeking a Senior Solicitor specialising in Property and Planning to support the Council, Executive and committees. You will manage a varied caseload, including major property transactions and planning enforcement, drafting and negotiating Section 106 agreements, and delivering pragmatic, value-for-money legal advice.

You will operate with autonomy, providing guidance, mentoring junior colleagues, and representing the Council in formal settings.
