Property & Facilities Manager - Retail Estate Leadership

Avoca is a beloved Irish retailer with award-winning cafes, stores and markets, seeking a Property and Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, facilities and property across the Avoca estate. The role ensures assets are maintained, facilities are safe and compliant, and property obligations are met as Avoca grows.

You will lead a small team and work with 3rd party contractors, managing budgets, vendor contracts, leases and space planning for stores across the estate.
