Property & Facilities Leader - Retail Estate & Operations

Avoca is seeking a Property and Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, facilities and property across the Avoca estate. You will ensure assets are maintained, facilities are safe, compliant, and aligned with growth plans.

The role reports to the Financial Director Avoca and requires a third-level qualification with 5+ years in a multi-disciplinary property/facilities role, ideally in retail or manufacturing. Strong leadership and IT proficiency are essential.
