Job Description
J. Dickinson & Sons is seeking a dynamic Property/Facilities professional to manage a diverse portfolio, including waste facilities, commercial/industrial premises, tenanted properties and development projects.
You will coordinate maintenance programs, utilities, compliance and contractor relationships, and support refurbishment and new developments. A project management qualification or equivalent experience is preferred, with salary £42k-£50k and 37.5 hours weekly.
